We plan further growth

  • The Saunia Group is the largest operator of sauna worlds and wants to maintain its position. Saunia PL, s.r.o. will participate in financing the construction of new sauna worlds.
  • In 2022, the Saunia Group, from previous issues, managed to open a sauna world in České Budějovice and a Thermal swimming pool in Karlovy Vary.
  • In the coming years, we plan to open 4 more branches within the Saunia Group. We will also focus on expansion into neighboring countries.

Bohumil Píše

Partner, founder, executive director and general director. He is responsible for managing the company and implementing business plans. He is one of the founders of Tutor, s. r. o., a leading provider of foreign language teaching and the largest private educational agency in the Czech Republic, EDUA Group.

Michal Drozd

Partner and financial investor. He is one of the founders and a former shareholder of the largest online travel retailer in Central Europe, Invia.cz, a. s., which was successfully sold to the Polish private equity house MCI Management, and is now part of the Rockaway Capital group.

Are there any fees associated with purchasing bonds?

There are none. Since we do not use any intermediaries to sell bonds, there are no additional fees for you.

Do I need to use an asset account to purchase bonds?

You do not have to. For some bond issues, you need to use an asset account, but within our issue, the bonds are in paper form. We will send the income payments to your current or savings account.

How do you guarantee that I will not lose my investment?

Every investment carries a certain level of risk. Within bonds, you reduce the level of risk by not investing in something unknown. This financing is provided primarily for the purpose of building or improving the branches of the Saunia network. The owners of the company are experienced entrepreneurs with a rich history and the sauna industry in which they decided to do business has great potential on the Czech market. These are all factors that reduce the level of risk. Generally, companies are liable for their obligations with their entire assets.

Does the income need to be taxed?

Yes, the income is subject to withholding tax. We will take care of the tax for you and send the income to your account, already taxed at 15%.

What does Bonus Interest mean?

In the event that the value of the two-week repo rate (2T repo rate) announced by the Czech National Bank is higher than 3.75% on the last day (i.e. 31.12.) of the calendar year, bondholders will be paid, starting from the first and ending with the last payment of interest income made in the following calendar year, in addition to the standard interest income of 10.00% p.a. also a bonus interest yield of 2.00% p.a. The total interest yield in this case will be 12.00%. This bonus interest is currently activated.
